Alex Maestas, 62, passed away at his home on August 13, 2018. He worked in Maintenance for the Denver public schools. Alex was preceded in death by his parents Jose Eloy Maestas and Mary B. Maestas, his brother Fred. J Maestas, and his nephew Lloyd Gallegos. He is survived by his former wife and friend Rose Marie; step children James Padilla and Lilly Blish; his sister Gloria A. Gallegos; nieces and nephews, Kris Maestas, Marcus maestas, Charles Gallegos, Leroy Gallegos, Jr., Roberta Hurtado, Lonnie Gallegos, Robyn Garcia, Rosita Lugo, and Fredrico Maestas, his 47 great nieces and nephews, his close bond Darlene Gallardo, and 18 loving cousins. He will be missed by his family and friends.
