Angelina Carola Thompson earned her wings on January 20, 2019 at the age of 13. She was suddenly taken from us after being struck by a car. Angelina was born in Denver on September 30, 2005 to her parents Salina Jasso and Diallo Thompson, and stepparents Patti Ramirez and Ashton Thompson. Survived by three sisters and four brothers, Daizja Thompson, Jade Martinez, Phoenix Huerta, Diallo Thompson Jr., Jeremy Huerta, Lestat Huerta, and Dominique Polk. Angelina was such a light, funny, bright, fearless, adventurous and a true athlete with a heart of gold. She loved using her competitive spirit playing basketball, volleyball, softball, dance, and soccer. Angelina had many friends who she loved spending time with. She enjoyed camping, rock-climbing, drawing, dodgeball, and volunteering for the community. Angelina lived with her heart and did everything she could for people in need. Angelina will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
