Le sobreviven su esposa Margarita Apodaca, su hija Josefina Apodaca, sus nietas Marbella y Ruby Rodriguez, sus hermanos Joel, Reyna, Carlos, y Emerardo Apodaca. Siempre fue un apoyo incondicional para todo quien lo conoció, super alegre, sencillo, divertido, trabajador, y sobre todo amoroso. Una persona única que fue querido por todos.
