Catalina Najera

March 24, 1947 — November 23, 2023

Catalina Najera, born March 24th 1947 in La unión de San Antonio Jalisco has unfortunately left this earth on November 23rd, 2023. She took her final breaths with her daughters and grandchildren by her side.

Catalina was a beloved mother, grandmother, friend, and so much more. Catalina was a faithful follower of Christ walked her life with a servant heart, always practicing kindness and sharing love with everyone who she crossed paths with. She would never give it a second thought to lend out a helping hand to those who she saw in need. If there was a person on the street that was looking for a meal she was the kind of person that would go out her way to feed them.

Catalina lived most of her life with her husband Jose Najera who passed away in 2018, the two married in 1966 and had four children; Jose Najera, Patricia Najera, Sandra Najera, and Claudia Najera, along with ten grandchildren. Catalina was an amazing grandmother to her ten grandchildren, she loved them all immensely and went out of her way every year for each one, there was not a single birthday that passed without a call from grandma.

Catalina’s life was much too short in the eyes of all that knew her, she was a wonderful light to all. In her honor let us all continue to be good neighbors, and help those less fortunate when we can.
