Erica Renee Sisneros, 45, of Denver, Colorado, passed away on March 25, 2026. She was born on December 28, 1980, and lived a life marked by resilience, love, and an unforgettable spirit.

Erica was a woman who embraced life with both glamour and laughter. She had a vibrant personality that brought light to those around her, and she found joy in the little things, especially in the company of animals. A devoted animal lover, Erica cared deeply for all living creatures, but her heart belonged especially to dogs.

From a young age, Erica showed extraordinary strength. Diagnosed with a rare kidney disease at just 10 years old, she spent much of her life courageously battling serious health challenges. Through years of dialysis, multiple kidney surgeries, brain tumors, and numerous other illnesses, Erica remained a fighter. Her perseverance and determination were a testament to her strength and character.

Erica is now reunited in peace with her beloved sons, who passed in 2002, and her father, who passed in 1997.

She is survived by her loving mother, Carol Martinez; her sister, Cassandra Lopez; her niece, Eunique Lopez; her nephews, Joseph and Tribby Lopez; and her cherished dog, Kleo, who brought her comfort and companionship.

Though Erica faced more than her share of hardships, she never lost her spark. She lived fiercely, loved deeply, and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her. After a lifetime of fighting, Erica can now rest peacefully.
