It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jose Rafael “Rafa” Torres Pablo, a devoted husband and loving father of 2 small children. Rafael passed away at home on May 21, 2023 at the age of 36.

Rafael was born in Jalisco, Mexico on December, 12 1986 to Guadalupe Pablo Jameniz and Jose Rafael Torres Contreas. In early 2000’s he moved to the US where he established a life with his family.

In 2011, he met the love of his life, and they later married in 2015.

One of Rafael’s biggest dreams in life was to become a father, and this dream was fulfilled by welcoming his daughter Arisha in 2021 and again, his son Enzo in 2022.  Rafael felt incredibly blessed and overjoyed to spend each day with his children as they were his pride and joy.

Rafael was a remarkable man who touched the lives of all who knew him. In his free time, Rafael enjoyed going on drives while enjoying his favorite music, trying new foods or visiting different food trucks, and spending quality time with his family and friends. Often, you would find him working on cars or diving into anything car related and hanging out with his brother, Francisco.  One of his biggest passions in life was landscaping design and creation which led him to open a landscaping business in 2018 .  He would often say that landscaping was like a huge art project which he enjoyed every moment in his craft.

Rafael was a kind and generous individual who always went out of his way to help others. He was known for his ability to step in at a moments notice and help those around him.  No task was too big or too small, even if just to sit and listen and offer support. His giving heart, infectious smile and warm personality will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
