With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Junior Segura on September 16, 2026, at the age of 27.

Junior was a beloved son, father, brother, and cherished member of his family. Though his life was far too short, the love he shared and the memories he created will remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Junior leaves behind both of his loving parents, and his beloved daughter, Leilani Segura. He also leaves behind his living siblings Anthony, Layla, Gianni, Gabrielle, Siah, and Aubrieanna, as well as nieces and nephews, cousins, aunties, uncles, extended family, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.

A Letter From Mom

My sweet son,

To lose someone so special is really hard to bear. It hardly seems believable that you’re no longer there.

You left us far too early, before your time, it seems, and now you’ll never have the chance to fulfill all those dreams.

However hard it is, though, I’ll take comfort in the thought of all the memories we have and the happiness you brought.

You always lived life to the fullest, but ours won’t be the same until the day when I can see your smiling face again.

You had so much life left to live, my sweet son—so many adventures, so much joy ahead.

My heart aches for the milestones you never reached and the memories we never made. Still, you remain my pride and my love, a light that will never fade. Though your time here was too short, your spirit continues to live within me.

Until the day I see your smile again, I will hold you in my heart forever.
