Thomas Vigil Jr, age 44, passed away on May 3rd, 2025. Born on June 25th, 1980, and raised in Denver Colorado. Thomas was a man who deeply cherished his family and friendships. His warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, creating lasting bonds that will be fondly remembered. Tommy’s passions were as diverse as they were heartfelt. His love for baseball began in his youth playing catch with his father, then leading into t-ball, and remained a constant source of joy throughout his life. Beyond baseball, he found solace and adventure in the great outdoors, often fishing and camping under the open sky. Thomas was also a gifted artist, expressing his creativity through drawing, painting and tattooing, leaving behind a vibrant tapestry of artwork that reflected his unique perspective. Despite facing numerous challenges throughout his life, Thomas always demonstrated remarkable resilience and an unwavering spirit of positivity. He had an innate ability to overcome obstacles, approaching each new challenge with determination and grace. Thomas was a beacon of optimism, constantly encouraging those around him to pursue their dreams and reach for the stars. He possessed a deep appreciation for the simple joys in life, finding beauty in the everyday moments that others might overlook. Thomas instilled in everyone he knew the importance of humility and compassion, teaching by example the value of treating others with kindness and respect. His positive outlook and caring nature left a lasting impact on all who had the privilege of knowing him, inspiring them to embrace life with gratitude and generosity. Tommy had a profound love for music, finding it a powerful way to connect with his emotions and the world around him. Thomas Jr is survived by his parents, Thomas and Peggy Vigil; his sisters, Jennifer Garcia, Renee Vigil, and Tammy Vigil; his beloved children, Thomas III, Jaelyn, and Armani; five nieces, six nephews, four great-nephews, and two great-nieces. His love and joyful spirit will continue to live on through all who knew him, forever inspiring us to embrace life with the same passion and enthusiasm that he did.
