Cindy Jennifer Gomez Roman (Acosta Reyes) beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, niece, and friend tragically and unexpectedly passed away on November 17, 2022 at the age of 28. Cindy is survived by her parents Morena Reyes and Mario Acosta Gonzalez, sisters Wendy Reyes and Yazmin Acosta Reyes, her niece Miley Reyes and many more family members and friends. Cindy was preceded in death by her grandmother Maria Reyes Ayala and uncle Jose Bonillas.

Cindy was born on Wednesday, December 15, 1993 in Denver, Colorado. Cindy grew up in Denver and lived in Commerce City, CO the last 5 years. Cindy attended Godsman Elementary School, Grant Middle School and South High School where she was part of the U.S. Army Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps and the Drill Team. Cindy graduated from Emily Griffith High School in 2012 and worked for The City and County of Denver Department of Human Services since 2014 as a Fiscal Operational Supervisor. Cindy was a brilliant, talented hard worker. Cindy was devoted to her employees and team. Cindy was adored and loved by everyone she worked with. Cindy was compassionate and treated her clients with the utmost respect and dignity. Although Cindy suffered from medical problems since birth, she was a fighter and loved, enjoyed and lived life to the fullest. Cindy made a lot of her dreams come true. Cindy was a proud and loving wife, she was a home owner and owned her dream cars. Cindy loved music, movies and TV shows. Cindy loved banda, Vicente Fernandez, Ramon Ayala, Jenni Rivera, Karol G, watching Marvel movies, American Horror Stories, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals and many more.

Cindy loved her family and friends dearly and enjoyed spending time with them. Cindy’s relationship with her mother and sisters was cherished. Those who knew Cindy, knew how kind and outgoing she was. Cindy made friends quickly and everywhere she went. Cindy loved her pets and considered her chihuahua’s Precious and Minnie and Russian Tortoises Lio and Lia (Taquitos) to be members of her family. Precious would accompany her on her many trips and family events, where they forged some of their most lasting memories.

Cindy’s love was unconditional. Cindy had a big heart and wasn't afraid to show it. Cindy’s friendliness, easy-going personality, laugh, smile and presence will be missed by all who knew her. Cindy will truly be missed and will never, ever, be forgotten. Cindy will forever be engraved in our hearts.

Cindy loved the color purple and we invite you to wear purple attire in Cindy’s honor/memory.

Cindy Jennifer Gomez Roman (Acosta Reyes) amada hija, hermana, tía, prima, sobrina y amiga, falleció trágica e inesperadamente el 17 de noviembre de 2022 a la edad de 28 años. A Cindy le sobreviven sus padres Morena Reyes y Mario Acosta Gonzalez, hermanas Wendy Reyes y Yazmin Acosta Reyes, su sobrina Miley Reyes y muchos familiares y amigos más. Cindy fue precedida en muerte por su abuela María Reyes Ayala y su tío José Bonillas.

Cindy nació el miércoles 15 de diciembre de 1993 en Denver, Colorado. Cindy creció en Denver y vivió en Commerce City, CO los últimos 5 años. El amor de Cindy era incondicional. Cindy tenía un gran corazón y no tenía miedo de demostrarlo. Ella quedará grabada por siempre en nuestros corazones.
